This blog runs on WordPress 3. The theme is based on Very Plain Text theme, which I modified.
The main font is Verdana, or non-serif. Post titles and the blog title and description use Times New Roman or serif.
This layout is fairly liquid (it should adapt itself to different browser widths) and should work well with most modern browsers.
